Joseph Ira Scheindel, born January 26, 1938, passed away peacefully on December 26th at the age of 79. Joseph was the beloved husband of Anita nee Zweig for 57 beautiful years. Loving father of Leslie (Andrew) Golub and Robert (Marilys) Scheindel. Cherished grandfather of Daniel, Brandon, Monika and Arsen. Devoted son of the late Henry and Ida Scheindel; dear brother of Maryanne (David) Dordick. Brother- in-law of Ronald (Suzanne) Zweig and a dear brother-in-Iaw to Cheri Zweig. Fond uncle to all his lovely nieces, nephews and cousins. Joseph was a most caring and thoughtful husband, father, grandfather and friend to all who knew him. He enjoyed his work as a pharmacist, loved sports and travel but especially loved his family. Funeral service Friday, December 29th, 11 mm at Am Yisrael, 4 Happ Road, Northfield.
